Shipping
Shipping costs, which include handling fees, are fixed and shown below for U.S., Canada & International destinations.
Depending on the shipping method you select . respective costs and estimated arrival dates are listed for each . shipping
charges will be calculated automatically. Please note that any orders consisting of 100 men will not have a tracking number.
If you need your package quicker than the shipping methods listed, we also offer Overnight Courier options. Please contact us
by phone at 905-775-4749 or sales@plastic-army-men.com for a quote.
Payment
You will receive a confirmation email that will be generated automatically when you place your order.
We accept PayPal or Credit Card as our preferred payment method for immediate next day order processing.
All online payments must be made in U.S. Funds. We also accept checks & money orders, payable to:

All Canadian tax laws will apply to all Canadian residents (calculated automatically, based on province ordered
from).
Delivery
All orders are shipped within 48 hours of being processed. For PayPal and Credit Card payments, this is within the 2nd
business day after arrival of order. For check and Money Order payments, the orders will be filled and shipped the day after
your check/money order has been received and clears.
Those who have not received their orders after their expected arrival date should notify us immediately. If your order is not
received to your satisfaction, contact us and we will remedy the problem at once.
We ship Monday through Saturday.
Cancellations
All cancellations of your order must be received NO LATER THAN 9:00 a.m. (EST) THE NEXT BUSINESS DAY AFTER YOUR ORDER HAS
BEEN PLACED.
We strive to fill and ship your order the next business day to ensure you receive your product in a timely manner. After
your product has been shipped, you may not cancel your order.
Refunds & Returns
We accept returns on the following items:
1) Incorrect item shipped
2) Item is damaged upon receipt (photographic proof must be sent)
